Audi has an impressive lineup of electric vehicles, and this year, that lineup is growing. The new Audi A6 and S6 e-tron Sportback will be joining the mix. These models promise to bring exceptional power, range, and technology. To learn more, continue reading as we highlight several features of these models.

Performance

Built on Volkswagen's Premium Platform, both the A6 and S6 e-tron Sportback will use a 100-kWh battery. The RWD A6 will output 362 hp, while models with quattro all-wheel drive will output 422 hp. This power also allows the A6 to reach 0-60 in 5.2 seconds and 4.3 seconds, respectively. The S6, on the other hand, is all about power and performance and, as such, will output 496 hp. However, with launch control is enabled, the S6 can reach up to 543 hp.

Range and Charging

While the 100-kWh battery pack offers plenty of power to the A6 and S6, it also offers exceptional range. In RWD models, the A6 e-tron Sportback has a range of 466 miles. Though, with its emphasis on performance and power, the four-wheel drive S6 has a reduced range of 416 miles. Also, according to Audi, when at a DC-Fast Charger, both models can charge from 10 to 80% in 21 minutes.

Technology & Amenities

The new A6 and S6 e-tron Sportback cabin promises a slew of amenities. Inside the A6, for instance, drivers will find an 11.9-inch virtual cockpit, 14.5-inch touchscreen, and 10.9-inch front passenger display. Android Automotive is also standard. Additionally, the cabin will be lined with soft wrap materials and a panoramic glass roof for added light.
